Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms could use a fresh coat of paint in certain areas and carpet cleaning, but overall, they are in great shape. The rooms were well fitted out with everything we could need, including a useful supply of groceries on arrival. It's probably the best place we've stayed at with small children. The rooms were fantastic, more like a two-bedroom apartment, decorated in a modern, upbeat style with beautiful artwork on the walls.
The hotel is fantastic, offering clean and spacious rooms for my family and exceptional service from the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The historic and lively location, paired with a very good dining experience, adds to the appeal. The facilities enhance the overall stay, despite minor drawbacks in pricing.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although a fresh coat of paint and carpet cleaning would make them even better. The service was great overall, but there was some questionable advice given on tickets. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon's Chiado district, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was not up to par for a hotel of this standard, lacking variety and taste. Despite that, the facilities were good, especially the onsite kids club.
The hotel rooms are amazing, with super comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen all presented in a modern, upbeat style with beautiful artwork on the walls. After the first night stay, the atmosphere was stylish yet very kid-friendly, which was perfect for us as we have 3 boys. The service was wonderful, catering to both kids and adults, and the staff across the board were exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurant, cleaners, and kids club. The location is just off the main shopping area and a few minutes walk from the Times Out Market, making it very central in a great neighborhood, perfect for exploring the vibrant Chiado district. The dining experience provided a variety of options, including an egg station, cold cuts, pastries, and fruits, although the choice for small kids was limited. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic facilities and additional details that make it a top choice for families seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.
